- 110 to 150 cm
The Rally is BERG's middle frame and the one that spans most of primary school. BERG's age guide runs from 4 to 12 and its rider height from 110 to 150 cm, so a four-year-old and a twelve-year-old can both be inside it.
BERG fits it with the BFR hub, pneumatic tyres, a swing axle and a parking brake, and the seat adjusts so the kart grows with the child.

BFR stands for brake, freewheel and reverse. Our BFR guide explains how it works and how to teach a young rider to use it.

The Rally without extras: BERG lists it without a Soundbox.

We sell two Rally karts on the same frame. BERG lists the NRG Orange without additional features. The DRT Green comes with BERG's Soundbox and off-road springs.
These are the years when the Rally suits most children best: bigger than the Buddy, with years of growth left in BERG's height range.
BERG's guide starts at four, but the height range starts at 110 cm. A four-year-old below that is better on a Buddy.
The Rally still fits, but there are fewer years left in it. If a parent or teenager will ride as well, look at the XL, which BERG rates up to adult.
Below the Rally is the Buddy, for ages 3 to 8 and 100 to 130 cm. Above it is the XL, for age 5 to adult and 125 to 190 cm.
Delivered free. In-stock karts arrive within 48 hours; others typically take 7 to 10 days. The kart comes boxed for home assembly with BERG's manual. You have 14 days to return it.
For Christmas 2026, order an in-stock kart by Wednesday 16 December. The Christmas page has the Christmas Club and the prize draw. Questions about fit: ring 01 960 1641.
BERG's guide is 4 to 12 years, with a rider height of 110 to 150 cm.
BERG lists the NRG Orange without additional features. The DRT Green adds BERG's Soundbox and off-road springs. The frame, the BFR hub and the age guide are the same.
No. BERG gives three gears to the DRT Yellow and DRT Black versions of the Rally, not the DRT Green. We stock the Green.
Both are inside BERG's guides. A child who will be the only rider is usually best on the Rally. If an older child or an adult will want a turn, the XL is the frame BERG rates for adults.
Yes. BERG lists a parking brake on the Rally, as well as braking through the pedals with the BFR hub.
Tell us the rider's age and height and who else will use the kart. We will say whether this frame fits or another would be better.
